Hidden away in Ardess Estate, off Chester Pass Road in Albany, Western Australia, Designer Dirt started out as a landscape supply yard ... but has evolved into so much more!
Our yard is overflowing with quality landscape supplies, including garden, lawn and potting mixes, mulch, compost, garden edging, pavers, salvage timber, synthetic turf etc. We specialise in stone and have a great range including Summer Stone, feature stones, coastal stone, moss rock and a huge range of river stone. A delivery service and courtesy trailers are available. We can deliver to Denmark, Mount Barker and all throughout the Great Southern.
We love creating custom made art work and have an amazing array of outdoor art and garden screens. If you have a project in mind, please don't be afraid to ask. A variety of local artists exhibit their work with us throughout the year. Our collection is at it's best during the Southern Art + Craft Trail every September, but it's always well worth a look.
Our range of home, garden and giftware is simply huge and forever changing. From more standard items, such as pots, bowls and baskets to mirrors, jewellery and glassware.
Supporting local artists and artisans is a priority for us, so you will find a wonderful range of local products in store, made by our very own Designer Dirt creatives, including candles, ceramics, jewellery, metal art, garden beds, soaps, cards and prints. We value our community and give back to many local causes.
We also conduct workshops at the yard on a wide variety of topics, from cyanotype printing and special effects paints to welding and succulents. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates and announcements about upcoming workshops and events.
